	Mission:	To bring about the process of reformation and conformity into the fullness of the Image of Christ through fathering, mentoring, coaching, equipping and development of the Household of Faith using accurate Word Based Life Strategies and Principles, and thereby through obedience fulfil the call of God and manifest & demonstrate His Glory and Grace upon the earth.
	Values:	To ensure the expression of a Christocentric Culture at all times through our love for Him and one another; Christlike integrity, honesty, transparency and excellence in ministry; compassion, grace and mercy for all people.

As the Leaders and Senior Elders of RAIN International SA, Jan and Annika van Rooyen interact and are in relationship with a number of Ministers and Ministries on a personal basis. For the sake of accountability and doctrinal accuracy, these relationships play an important role in God's mandate for their lives.
